Solidarity

SOLIDARITY was created in commemoration of the 50th anniversary of the devastating 1963 earthquake that completely destroyed the capital city of Skopje, Macedonia. The city was rebuilt with the support and generosity of nations from around the world. At its center, the work features the emblem of the International Red Cross, symbolizing humanitarian aid and global compassion. The circular form embodies the enduring bond between people — a circle of humanity, unity, and resilience.
